Privacy Policy

Anthe keeps your health information on your phone. We do not collect it, cannot see it, and never sell it or use it for advertising.

The short version. Everything you track stays in the app’s private storage on your device. The only thing that can leave your phone is a small amount of anonymous, non-health usage data, and only if you leave analytics on.

What Anthe stores, and where

Everything you enter (your check-ins, symptoms, treatments, doses, side effects, notes and settings) is stored only on your device, in the app’s private storage. It is not uploaded to us or to any server, and it is not synced to other devices by Anthe.

You can export a copy of your data at any time (Settings → Export my data) and permanently delete everything (Settings → Delete all my data).

Apple Health

If you connect Apple Health, Anthe reads your sleep data on demand, only when a screen needs it, to show it alongside your symptoms. Anthe does not write to Apple Health, does not store Health data in its own storage, and does not transmit it anywhere. Health data is never used for advertising or tracking. You can change or revoke this access at any time in the Apple Health app.

Analytics (optional, no health data)

If analytics is on (you can turn it off in Settings → Share anonymous analytics), Anthe records a small, fixed set of anonymous events so we understand whether the app is working:

These are event names only. They carry no symptoms, no doses, no dates, no free text, and nothing that identifies you. We do not build a profile of you, and this data is not used for advertising or sold to anyone. Turn it off and no analytics events are sent.

What we do not do

We do not sell your data.
We do not use your data for advertising, and we do not use Apple Health data for tracking.
We do not share your health information with third parties.
We do not require an account, and we do not collect your name, email, contacts, or precise location.

Subscriptions

Anthe offers an optional subscription, processed by Apple through the App Store. Apple handles the payment; we do not receive or store your payment details. Subscription management and receipts are handled by your Apple account.

Children

Anthe is intended for adults managing their own perimenopause and menopause care. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone (no personal data leaves the device regardless of age).

Your choices

Turn off analytics: Settings → Share anonymous analytics.
Export your data: Settings → Export my data.
Delete everything: Settings → Delete all my data.
Revoke Apple Health access: the Apple Health app → Sharing.
